Meet Deej!

Today you get to meet Deej she has the longest tenure on my CT! She has been creating beautiful layouts with my kits for 10 months!

The Interview:
1. When did you start digital scrapbooking?
This is a hard date to pin down. I have been in the graphic arts industry since 1995. I have been making graphic gifts for family members for about as long. Actual digital scrapbooking in its current form probably started about early-2008.

2. What inspired you to start?
I'm honestly not sure. I think I was looking for images for a project I was working on and came across some forums and galleries. I decided I could do that and started trying it out. I quickly fell in love with the ease of digital.

3. What is your favorite subject to scrap about?
I really don't have a particular subject I scrap about regularly. I take whatever pictures I have and go for it. If I were to count my layouts there would probably be more of my kids than anything else.

4. How would you describe your scrapping style?
Definitely out-of-the-box. I love taking a themed kit and showcasing it in a non-themed layout.

5. When and where do you usually do your scrapping?
If I am on the computer, I am scrapping. I can usually be found in my chair in the living room with the laptop.

6. What do you have to have while your scrapping? Snacks? Music?
TV has to be on and I need my caffeine-free Diet Coke.

7. What do enjoy most about scrapping?
I love creating things for my family to remember events. I love that my family has become involved by saying "you should scrap this!" I love that my husband feeds my scrapping obsession with his photography obsession.

What's the most challenging part for you?
Clustering. I'm a huge fan of white space and adding extraneous stuff to my layouts is nearly impossible for me to accomplish.

8. What's your favorite layout with a Danimoy Designs kit?
