Lauren Script
Today's a font day gals - I thought it would be fun to mix it up for a change and share something a little different (I assume you've seen Dani's cute new kit Bubble Bath - too cute, right?!). I'm a font junky and sometimes choosing a font and adding text to my layouts takes up more time than designing the layout itself. For me, fonts are like shoes: they always look better on someone else's page (or feet, as the case may be). Anywhoo, one of my favorite new fonts, to which I've learned how to add a 3D filter to give it a beveled puffy paint look on my pages, is Lauren Script. You can find this font here at dafont. Easy Living Freebie

Another Moment p365/52 and a freebie!
Seems everyone these days is looking for a great project 365/52 kit to start the new year with. Did you know that Dani has the perfect kit for this? It's called Another Moment. It's an oldie, so you might not have seen it, but you can find it in Dani's store at SBB. With both bright colors and neutrals, you're sure to find something for all sorts of events in this kit. Freebie Saturday: Discover
Hi there Dani fans! What do you think of the newest kit Discover? Cute, isn't it? I just love the bright colors and geometric feel to it. While I love pink girly kits, I often find that I run out of pictures that will work with flowers and lace. That's why I appreciate the colorful geometric kits that are anything-goes. Discover is like that - it works with so many photos from museums to birthdays to lanscapes. I had a lovely photo of Mt Washburn (plus others that I'm planning for page 2) that I scrapped with Discover and I think it came out really great.
